UK Shipping

Postage for your greetings card will be charged at 99p for Royal Mail 2nd class standard delivery in the UK. Your purchase will be posted within 1-3 working days of receiving payment to allow time for your order to be made and packaged. After your card has been dispatched, it will take between 2-5 working days for it to arrive with you. Please use this as only a guide.

If you're in a hurry to receive your card, at the checkout, you can choose to upgrade your postage to Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, at a charge of £3.50. If you order before 1pm Mon - Fri this will be posted the same day of purchase. If you order after 1pm Mon - Fri or weekends and bank holidays, your order will be shipped on the next working day. After your card has been dispatched, it will take between 1-3 working days for it to arrive with you. Please use this as only a guide. Please be aware that this delivery service does not have full tracking available. Feel free to send a message if you would like to upgrade your package to a fully tracked delivery service.

Unfortunately, on occasion items will go missing in the post, so if you have not received your order within 14 days of shipping, then please get in touch and a replacement or refund will be organised. During busy times of year, such as Christmas, your order may take an extra couple of days to arrive.

Your Dottie's greetings card will be placed in a cellophane bag for protection, and packaged in a cardboard envelope to ensure it arrives with you safely.

Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. 

 

International Shipping

International shipping are charged at £4.95 for Royal Mail standard airmail. Your purchase will be posted within 1-3 working days of receiving payment to allow time for your order to be made and packaged.  Please note this is not tracked. If you would like tracked shipping please get in touch before making your order.

There may be customs or duty fees depending on the country in which your items are being delivered. You, the customer, are responsible for any fees incurred by customs or other authorities.

After your card has been dispatched, it will take between 3-10 working days for European orders and 1-3 weeks for the rest of the world for it to arrive with you. Please use this as only a guide. Unfortunately, on occasion items will go missing in the post, so if you have not received your order within 25 days of shipping, then please get in touch and a replacement or refund will be organised. During busy times of year, such as Christmas, your order may take an extra couple of days to arrive.

 

Returns

Your Dottie's greetings card is handmade, so there may be slight differences from the photographs. If for any reason you are not happy with any of your items, then a full refund can be made, as long as the item has been returned in it's original packaging within 14 days from the date your items was delivered. Please be aware that original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless item is faulty). Return postage is at your expense. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate forms of payment. If you would like to exchange an item, there will be an additional delivery charge for the new item.

To arrange a refund or exchange please email hello@dotties.co with your name, order number and details of the item(s) you'd like to return and why. Please don’t return items without getting in touch first.

All refunds will be processed within 7 working days of the return being received and refunds will be made to the original payment method.

 

REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Please ensure that your delivery details are correct upon checkout to avoid any problems during delivery. Dottie's cannot be responsible for any orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect details.

If your item has been refused or undelivered due to incorrect details and would like it to be re-sent, please be aware that a shipping fee will be charged.
